Key Milestones

Main leg: Ningbo → Piraeus by ocean, then China-Europe Land-Sea Express rail direct to Budapest, with door-to-door transit locked at 22-24 days.
Europe stage: Budapest VMI forward warehouse delivers against the OEM's pull signals, with automated inventory-level alerts.
End-to-end: every milestone tracked on the system dashboard; any deviation triggers alerts and contingency plans immediately.
