Overview
In Q4 2026, a precision machine tool manufacturer in Jiangsu needed to ship six high-precision CNC machines from Shanghai to Hamburg, Germany, with onward distribution to customer factories in Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland. Each machine was valued at over RMB 800,000 and was highly sensitive to vibration, tilt, and humidity. The three destination customers had different receiving windows. Lacking in-house intra-Europe distribution experience, the client wanted a logistics partner to take full door-to-door responsibility.

Key Milestones
Day 1-4: Factory supervision of loading. Vacuum aluminum-foil moisture-barrier packaging, humidity indicator cards, anti-tilt bracing, and tilt indicators on all four corners.
Day 5-8: Export declaration at Shanghai Port; priority inspection and release via the AEO fast lane.
Day 9-28: Ocean main leg (Shanghai → Hamburg) with dual GPS and temperature/humidity logger monitoring.
Day 29-31: Customs clearance at Hamburg, direct extraction to partner overseas warehouse, tilt-indicator status verified box by box.
Day 32-35: Delivery to customer factories in three countries against booked windows, with photographic proof of delivery.
